1. Donation Refund Policy

Full Refund: If you have made an error in the donation amount or donated unintentionally, you may request a full refund within 3 working days from the date of transaction.

Partial Refund: If a refund applies due to a partial error or duplicate transaction, please email us with the payment details. We will review and process the partial refund accordingly.

No Refund: If the donation amount has already been utilized for our causes, no refund will be provided.

2. Event/Program Contributions

Contributions made towards specific events or causes are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Aryawart Foundation or a payment error is identified within 3 days of the donation.

3. Recurring Donations

If you are enrolled in a recurring donation plan and wish to cancel or adjust the donation amount, please inform us at least 5 working days prior to the next scheduled deduction.

4. Unforeseen Circumstances

In case of cancellation of donation-related campaigns due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics, we may provide an option to transfer your contribution to a future campaign or process a refund at our discretion.

5. Refund Processing Time

• All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of confirmation through the original payment method.
• Aryawart Foundation will not be responsible for any delays caused by the bank or payment gateway provider.
